Track By Tracks: Decarabion - Desacralization (2026)
1. ABORTED PACT BETWEEN HEAVEN AND MEN:
This song talks about how we, humanity (or men, because I like to keep it masculine since the history of humanity has been the history of men, not too much the history of women), used to have a pact with heaven. That pact, you could say, was that of subservience. But humanity has built its own kingdom and tried to surpass divinity, tried to be its own divinity. This was the moment the pact was aborted.
2. DIVINE CLEANSE OF EVERY TRACE OF HUMANITY ON EARTH:
Talks about the anticipation of a total cleanse of humanity. As we have said since our first album, humanity is a kind of disease, something that pulls the plug to the end of times, to eschaton, to the destruction of the old and birth of the new. Therefore, part of this process is to erase every trace of humanity, that is to take the process to its limits.
3. ABSOLUTION REACHED ONLY THROUGH UNIVERSAL GENOCIDE:
We have betrayed God; we have aborted our pact with divinity, and we have established void and chaos as our “verticality”. Then, the only way to absolution, to start all over, to redeem the sins of this tainted earth, and vanish all forms of life, is universal genocide
4. PATH TO ACCELERATION OF GLOBAL ENTROPY:
The affirmation of universal destruction and the global tendency to entropy. The only thing we can do in this scenario of universal genocide is to embrace it, to accept and even desire this global destruction.
5. INVOCATION OF THE OLD CHAOS:
In the end, chaos is the only permanent reality. This song is the reaffirmation of our human perspective, denounced in the other songs: Chaos and void became our only verticality. From our point of view, the history of the cosmos has been driven by an insatiable attraction to chaos.
6. SUFFERING THE RELENTLESS FIST OF A REVENGEFUL DIVINITY:
If there is some God as we have imagined it, we must be some kind of bastard creation to its eyes. God is aware we are cancerous organisms and knows there should be pain and punishment. If God exists, God wants revenge.
7. PROCEDURES TO METAPHYSICAL ANNIHILATION (THE NEED OF SELF DESTRUCTION INSIDE OF NATURE):
Another reaffirmation of the human point of view. It’s been revealed to us humans that the desire and the need to self-destruct, to self-sabotage, is rooted in nature itself. Arguably a suicidal nature. That’s the main discovery that led us to break ties with that God we say exists in heaven. This song deals with the idea of taking that impulse of self-destruction to its limits and to assemble metaphysical annihilation, an annihilation of the fundamentals of reality itself.
8. ONTO-DECONSTRUCTION OF SANITY (SCHIZOID PROLIFERATION OF INSANITY II):
As the title says, this is the second part of our first ever released song called “Schizoid Proliferation of Insanity”. We went back to this idea of madness and insanity as part of this process of destruction, chaotic rearrangement of things, in a way, a type of cleansing. Madness or insanity here is something ontological; it's something rooted not only in one’s mind but in reality itself: things would start disintegrating, meaning would stop applying to reality. That’s what we talked about in the first song. But in this second part we tried to take the reader into the realization of madness as a part of who we are now, of who we have become as whole humanity. That proliferation of insanity has reached the subject and our way of relating to things deeply. That’s the “ontological” question about what is there in the world, and in this case the answer is: insane subjects living in a deconstructed, devoid-of-meaning, radical world.
9. ACÉPHALOS (SYSTEMATIC DESACRALIZATION OF GOD’S CREATION):
The epitome of human point of view. “Acéphalos”, headless entity, represents the idea of something devoid of a central meaning, devoid of an organizing core. “Acéphalos” is a process that can be described as the systematic desacralization of God’s creation. We have imagined a God with very particular characteristics. Also, we have imagined ourselves and our world in coherence with those characteristics of God. Then, we have killed him (or at least we thought we killed him), and started desacralizing all that inner and outer world we considered to be his creation. So, that imagined God, our own creation, rebels against us in many unexpected ways. When writing the lyrics, we are not saying this God exists or not; it could all be our own projection or our own delusion. But it’s a process we all, as humanity, are living.
10. SUBLIME SEDUCTION OF THE SEVEN HEADED BEAST:
An ode to the seven-headed beast, that is, the beast of the end of days. This beast represents not only the theological apocalypse, not only the material disintegration and disfigurement of living and non-living things, but also the factual and sociopolitical aspects of this state of affairs we live in. It’s an ode that aims for some kind of beauty in its expression, since it’s born from the worship of chaos and destruction.
