Behind The Artworks: Tylor Dory Trio - Unsought Salvation (2019)

Our new album “Unsought Salvation” will be available everywhere December 21st! If you’re not someone who typically goes for the “progressive” genre because of the cheesiness, bloated compositions, and self-indulgence that some folks associate with the genre – give us a shot! We’re trying to present a mature sound like Porcupine Tree/Steven Wilson with a hard rock edge and doses of Opeth-like heaviness. Instrumentally, its all about the song as opposed to showing off our chops – that said there’s still plenty of interesting time changes, unconventional chord and melody choices, intricate rhythm section work, and slippery solos for the traditional prog fan to enjoy.
