The artwork was done by Todd XL' Stevens daughter and it is actually the eye of a full scale sculpture she designed of a a dragon. The interpretation is in the eye of the beholder. Perhaps it is Satan‘s eye, looking down in anger at those who have been 'Reconciled'.
