Behind The Artworks: Mori Metanoia - Prayer (2022)

The cover art for PRAYER is a photo by Mohamed Nohassi, with text added by us. Mark found it online, and asked if it could be used. Mohamed generously gave the okay. It was chosen because we feel it is an excellent visual representation of both the band name and the album themes. Her posture could be seen as a divine rapture, or a painful contortion, as if she is going through something traumatic. Whether you chose to see the first or second view, you are seeing a powerful, cathartic change taking place. PRAYER is themed around both of those types of experiences.
