Behind The Artworks: White Mare - Isle Of Bliss (2023)

The cover painting was done by a Swiss artist called Oriane Binggeli. I’ve known her for a few years and we even worked together for a short while as we are both journalists. I didn’t know she painted until she started sharing her work on social media. When I saw some of her paintings, I thought it would totally fit White Mare. And as the album was to be called “Isle Of Bliss”, this painting of the Lofoten isles in Norway was perfect. When I showed it to J.A., he was as impressed as me with her work. I’m really happy to be the owner of this one, which is now displayed in my living room!
