SHOT DONE WON - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you a new interview to the Deathcore band SHOT DONE WON from Germany. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview and also like their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Just take a look at humanity, it says all. the band name was spontaneously.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Since i'm a young kid i listen to all kinds of metal/hardcore. i live this music and love this music. so much energie, power and aggression. spit the hate out, get the pressure out.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

First time 'Shot Done Won' was my one-man project featuring some guitarists from bands i know. yesterday i had roadkill, cunthunt 777.... since september 2013 'SDW' formed to a band. our bass player i know since 2010. we were and go to a lot of shows from other bands for the years. the other members, our guitarist and drummer, i know since before the band was formed, but not long.

4. Each band member favourite band?

I think there a lot of great bands which favourites for us all.... many bands of hardcore, beatdown, death metal, grindcore.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Three words... life scum music.

6. Where was your last gig?

Our last gig was also our first gig. january 24 in zwickau, germany with hardcore bands like crackdown, bravestar and more.

7. Where would you like to act?

Fucking everywhere. just contact us and book us.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

I mean a fresh nu metal feature for one track with fred durst of limp bizkit would be nice. mixture of deathcore/beatdown and nu metal.

9. Whom not?

Not with scum.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that? 

Be yourself, be releaxed and do your shit self-assured.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Some bands which inspired us are dying fetus, i declare war, carnifex, oceano, suffokate, nasty, slipknot for example.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

We are fresh. nothing weird at this point, but i comes for sure.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We will see.

14. What do you think of our site?

To your site... what should i think... you support bands/artists and help them to spread their informations. nothing wrong at this. good job.
