Emerald Eyes - Interview

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

We were all trying to come up with a name then Miles our vocalist said "Emeralds For Eyes" ...then I shortened it to what it is now.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We never planned to write with a genre in mind... we just played what we wanted.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

3. Yes 4. I don't know.

4. Each band member favourite band?

A lot of bands to mention here...

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Umm, good question. I guess music... but not just heavy music, all kinds.

6. Where was your last gig?  

White Rabbit - Plymouth

7. Where would you like to act?  

Personally, KOKO in London

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

Hmm, this could be a long answer. I'd say Confession has to be up there.

9. Whom not?  

Umm, what? haha

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

No stage fright.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

The Acacia Strain, Confession, Drag The Lake

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

To borrow a cymbal for their own set.

13. What do you think of your fans?  

I don't know most of them, so I don't know. Haha.

Haven't had a chance to look yet.
