I, The Entity - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Metalcore band I, The Entity from UK, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

It mostly just came out like that, seemed cool at the time a couple of years back.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

Most of all our influences more or less made us play this kind of music and helped us along the way in the writing process

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Well I lived in Australia and I became friends with former members before I moved back and then we started to make songs together until i met the current members that are in the band.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Matthew - Counterparts

Lee - Bring Me The Horizon

Craig - Northlane

Connor - Graves

Sam - Prepared Like A Bride

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

When matthew or myself (craig) go to write songs, it sort of is based around what music we are listening to at the time and our influences - but then add our own kind of sound to it aswell. As for Connor it's lots of different inspirations but mostly everyday situations that you'll witness or hear of on the news or social media etc.

6. Where was your last gig?  

Audio in Glasgow, for the UK Tech Fest all-dayer

7. Where would you like to act?  

Germany or an actual all-weekend festival

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

We're open to more or less anything within reason

9. Whom not?  

As we said before, we're open to more or less anything within reason

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Holy shit yes, Connor didn't speak to any of us for like 5 hours before his first gig.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

Architects, Northlane, Volumes, Counterparts

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Lots of people ask for Connors hair so they can sell it

13. What do you think of your fans?  

We've got a really loyal fanbase, there's always familiar faces at our show and always new ones too and we couldn't be any more thankful for that

14. What do you think of our site?  

Your website is an awesome page for exposing bands and getting their name out there and spreading the word about them. Well done guys for helping the heavy music scene
