Cross The End - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the  Hardcore/Metalcore band Cross The End from Finland, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

CrossTheEnd symbolizes the death of Christ and the death itself making a way for us to eternal life.

2.Why did you want to play this genre? 

All of us actually prefer different kinds of sub-genres of Metal.(progressive, post-hardcore, folk metal even) but we came to conclusion that metalcore is something we all like very much. Because of this variety I belive our sound is unique.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

Brothers Kalle and Juho were the founding members of this act. Later came second guitarist Esra and then vocalist Joni and then me the bassist/ Backvocals.

4. Each band member favourite band? 

Joni: Being As An Ocean

Günther : The Devil Wears Prada

Juho: Architects

Kalle : Parkway Drive

Esra: August Burns Red

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?   

I guess the right answer would be Our beliefs to God and afterlife. Mostly life situations in general because we really wanna relate to youth . Especially in tough times.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Our last gig was in a Hakkila , Finland  Where all local bands gathered and we had a blast!

7. Where would you like to act?

We dream big so Wacken it is!

8. Whom would you like to feature with? 

Oh.. Where to start.. For Today, Fit For A King and August Burns Red aaannd Northlane!

9. Whom not?

No hate but.. let's say.. Black Veil Brides, Cannibal Corpse and Breathe Carolina. Lol we don't care that much..

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that? 

Not necessarily staged fright but I guess still times on stage when you need to concentrate more on playing/singing, call it pressure to perform well if you will..

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

August Burns Red, Parkway Drive, For Today.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Lol we don't have fans.. Even our Family thinks we suck...

13. What do you think of your fans? 

We appreciate all those who like our music! We guys wanna connect with all of you and bring happiness to your life!

We also appreciate this "Breathing The Core site" that you guys take the time to promo bands like us ! We are thankful of you guys!
