News: PATRICK CRAIG reveals new video for 'COLD COFFEE IN CRACKED MUGS' and announces tour

London based singer songwriter Patrick Craig has revealed the video for 'Cold Coffee In Cracked Mugs', the third single from his debut album 'True Story'.

Like with the other singles 'True Story' and 'Begin Again', 'Cold Coffee In Cracked Mugs' is another true story that forms Patrick's debut album.

Patrick explains that the song is about the past, and not remembering things exactly how they happened. He adds on that 'It’s also about the sense of debris after an argument, both physically and emotionally, and how that times time to clean and heal.'

The video is a collaboration between Patrick and filmmaker Julius Whitman; Julius had the idea of using home videos and coincidentally Patrick was covering old family VHS tapes to digital at the time. The combined effort is spliced shots of young Patrick shown over his current self, pouring his heart out over arpeggiated piano and gently strummed guitar chords.

'True Story' by Patrick Craig is released on the 29th April via Under The Bridge Records. You can preorder the album here.

Patrick has also announced live dates in the run up to his release show in Kingston:

16th Falmouth
17th Truro
18th Bristol
19th Bicester

Patrick will be playing an album release show at the Fighting Cocks in Kingston on the 23rd April. Donations are being taken on the door which opens at 19:30. Special guest supports are still to be announced.
