News: GATECREEPER Premieres "Rotting As One" At Cvlt Nation; Band To Kick Off US Tour Tomorrow

Arizona-based old school death metalists/recent Relapse signees GATECREEPER will unleash the pulverizing sounds of their full-length debut, Sonoran Depravation, via Relapse Records next month. As a precursor to its release, today Cvlt Nation offers up "Rotting As One" for communal feasting gushing, "If you haven't heard of this band, they fucking spit in the face of false metal!"

Having devastated the underground since their formation less than three years ago, GATECREEPER's Sonoran Depravation was produced by Ryan Bram at Homewrecker Studios and mixed by Kurt Ballou (Converge, Nails, Black Breath) at God City Studios. The record tears and chugs through more than thirty minutes of crusty, doom-soaked death metal at its most infectious and uncompromising with a massive sound that calls to mind the classic Swedish buzz-saw attack of Dismember and Grave mixed with the impeccable groove of Obituary and Bolt Thrower. GATECREEPER will kick off their US tour tomorrow. The band will crumble two dozen venues beginning with a short run of headlining shows before joining Skeletonwitch and labelmates Iron Reagan for a trek through October 29th.
