News: InTechnicolour Release 'Doomer' Video - Out Now via Small Pond Recordings

Following support from the BBC Radio One Rock Show, Kerrang! Radio and more, Brighton-based stoner/groove rock quintet, InTechnicolour, are pleased to reveal the video for their new single 'Doomer' after its recent premiere with Metal Hammer magazine.

Set at the King Of Ping table tennis championship in the 1970s, full of bright colours and impressive facial hair, the new video walks in the footsteps of spoof sporting movies like Kingpin and Blades of Glory. Gain some insight into the "power of the paddle" with cameos from fellow Brighton bands Delta Sleep and upcoming tour mates The Physics House Band.

"There wasn't much thought behind the video other than that we wanted to create something more light-hearted than the norm for our genre of music,"front man Tobie Anderson told Metal Hammer, "so we got a good group of our close friends together and hit the tables of ping and pong."

“Lyrically it’s sort of a cryptic journey into getting older," he continues. "The lyrics are about waking up one day and realising you’re no longer 19, and that the world is getting scarier as you age. It’s about having a partner you can trust in, to help munch through whatever else life serves you next."

The band will be hitting the road in May 2017 on a run of dates with label mates The Physics House Band in support of the new material.
