Interviews: Dark Station

In this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Hard Rock band Dark Station from the USA. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Nathan: It was something our producer Augustus Cryns actually spit out one night while we were making the album. We thought it was cool, there's no way we couldn't use it. 

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Nathan: Because there's no other like it. I listen to, many other genres, but rock just has this energy to it, even live. You just can't get it with any other type of music.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Nathan: Yes we were all previously from another band. I was the only new member who had taken the vocalist spot in that band. They've all known each other for a longer period of time.

4. Each band member favorite band?

Nathan: I don't think I know them all. Kyle's favorite band is Metallica, mine is My Chemical Romance, I haven't asked the other guys honestly.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Nathan: So many bands and artists inspire me, but now it's more just having an outlet for myself.. a way to describe what I go through or feel through lyrics.

6. Where was your last gig?

Nathan: We haven't played any shows yet at this time. 

7. Where would you like to act?

Nathan: I would say I'd love to play House of Blues again.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Nathan: I would feature with Post Malone or Billie Eilish. Big fan of both.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Nathan: I haven't ever personally... I don't think any of the guys have either, but I would just say keep doing it until the nerves go away. They do eventually 

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Nathan: My Chemical Romance And Linkin Park for me personally.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Nathan: Haven't gotten that one yet, but I'll hopefully have a story someday soon

13. What do you think of your fans?

Nathan: The little bit that we have right now, they're awesome.
