Behind The Artworks: SIDUS - Seismos (2023)

The artwork created by Vagelis Petikas (aka Revolver Dart) perfectly represents the album's concept. It captures the intense nature of the tracks while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing quality. The use of the color red effectively conveys feelings of anxiety, panic, and turmoil. Additionally, the damaged blue statutes provide a more literal depiction of an earthquake as a natural phenomenon, evident through the cracks and sorrowful expressions on the faces. The androgynous figure positioned at the center of the artwork can be interpreted from various perspectives. We have chosen to view it as a representation of our divine consciousness, holding the entire universe in its hands. This consciousness, awakened following such a stressful and vivid experience, facilitates the restoration of our connection with our primal selves.
