Behind The Artworks: KILLSORROW - Wasteland Chronicles (2023)

From the beginning, we wanted the cover to correlate with our stage appearance. Our big inspiration has always been Mad Max or Fallout. It couldn't be any different here. We went in a retro-comic style. On the cover we see a family heading towards a nuclear explosion. This is a metaphor for the entire album. We are heading towards annihilation through our lack of respect for nature and the Earth. Also because of the lack of respect for each other.

The end result of the album is what we notice every day among people and in the world. Let this also be a warning, we want people to start thinking that sawing the branch they are sitting on cannot end positively.
