Sweet Depression is about the beauty In being depressed and being in the state of mind of not caring about anything, neither life nor death.

When you're not depressed, you can almost miss it. Cause when life is good you care about everything and sometimes too much.

We recorded this song in one take plus layering the vocals and the harmonica of doom. It's that kind of song that wrote itself. We did a live recording of the whole album, one room, full band eye to eye. And we think that it shines through when listening to the songs. We had lots of fun in the studio. Coffee and rock all the way throughout the whole session.
