Behind The Artworks: CHÜZO - M.T.M.D. (2024)

This image, which was created by our friend @draught__(Instagram), spoke to us when we were looking for a piece of artwork that could represent the feeling and the vision of our upcoming EP M.T.M.D. We let our resident graphic designer guru and drummer Carlos Gutierrez take the main image and make it more to our liking.

To us, it represents, what “Maximum Threshold, Minimum Decay” actually feels like. Life grinds you down, driving you mad, throwing you into a whirlwind of stresses, worries, personal defeats, and personal failures; driving you to the very edge of sanity; just to come out the other side with barely any cuts or wounds, barely any bruises or broken bones, barely any aches or pains; onto your psyche, upon your body and most importantly onto your soul. You’ve survived and you’re stronger, harder, and more focused than before. You’ve survived the maximum threshold, with minimum decay upon yourself; your being. That’s life. That’s survival.
