Behind The Artworks: Lenax - Infection (2025)
The scene set here is a cosmic portal being opened in the black night sky. The hands before you in first person view, held in front of your face as you are both conjuring a cosmic horror to manifest out of the void, or held up in fear and horror. Just which side of that you land on will depend on the outcome of the trials and tests in the nine tracks to follow. The album as a whole has a general theme of individuality, tapping into occult powers, and the dangers of doing so foolishly. It is a daemonic infection of humanity, one that, yes, will cause a certain amount of strife, but for those that endure, will bring a level of existential freedom of a supernatural nature.
