Behind The Artworks: Thomas Carlsen's Transmission - Clockwork Sky (2025)

When I started working on the first demos for "Clockwork Sky", the image and lyric I had in my mind were "A Lighthouse at the Edge of the World". I presented this idea to Mina Lynum, who also made the artwork to 'A Brave Horizon', and she painted the artwork from this idea. The actual album title I had to change, as I felt that sentence was way too long (in addition to the band name being quite long). It is undoubtedly the best Transmission album artwork so far, and I love the chrome-ified effect she did to the logo.
