Behind The Tracks: Future Theory - Reality Buzz (Single) (2025)

Jacob (Bassist): I’m not sure what Max was aiming for with the lyrics, but to me it was nice to set the tone for the song with the bass line.

 

Rohan (Drums): I think the songs are quite grounding, despite having a high energy vibe, it’s relatable for the average person, and reminds me of simpler times.

 

Max (Rythm Guitar and Vocals): Fast tempo hard hitting track with big melodies, lyrics of a whimsical nature that is fun and makes the song not take itself too serious as well as the almost trashy solo in the mostly instrumental ending that kicks ass and leaves you wanting more.. song definitely keeps you guessing down to our FT nature and is by no means boring for a second.

 

Chris (Lead Guitar): The approach to writing this song felt quite different from his and it's certainly a stand-alone compared to the rest of the tracks on the upcoming EP. It reminds me of early 80s post punk throughout, but with a much proggier ending and classic Future Theory walls of sound.
