Track By Tracks: Dead Slow Hand – U^L (2025)

1. NU^L = sadness:

It is a journey full of darkness, suffering, occultism, ritual, and death. Already when writing the first riffs for the songs, the titles appeared in my head and visions were forming - stories, atmosphere, sound.

Everything was moving towards a unified image.

Then came the vocal cord injury, and the whole vision seemed to fall apart.

But the spirits of the dark forces were not about to retreat. So into my life came singer and songwriter O. I gave him full control of the vocals and lyrics. His own vision brought a new dimension to the songs, and also helped bring the whole EP to a shape that went beyond the original plan.

2. Forest of NU^L:

FOREST OF NU^L details the happy fate that should befall all those who walk the left-hand path, compelled unto death by the anticosmic entities of the true Lord's dominion. As one condemned soul walks through the black iron gates, so shall we all follow in their footsteps, throwing ourselves willingly into eternal damnation.

3. In The Darkness:

A clarion call is issued upon IN THE DARKNESS, that summons all hellspawned brothers and sisters to march upon Heaven and all its traitorous kin. It calls upon Satanists to draw their blades in one final rebellion that will see the Pearly Gates charred and smothered by hellfire.

4. Revelations:

REVELATIONS sees the mission statement of this EP made manifest: a true expression of Satanic allegiance. As Lucifer is our witness, our work in this waking dream of a world will erode the strength of the chains that bind us, until the day His horns tear open the world and topple the demiurge from his throne of lies!

5. Morning Star Ascendant:

On the track, we see the rising star in the East with eyes unclouded, heralding one final sunrise on the last day before eternal darkness takes hold. MORNINGSTAR ASCENDANT celebrates the death of Man and the coming reign of the lord Satan.
