Behind The Artworks: Waves Without Sound - Escape (2025)

The underwater scene comprising the cover art for ESCAPE was created by talented Australian artist Ben Fowler (4th Perspective). It seeks to capture some of the album’s central themes: the tension between beauty and fear, control and freedom and the moment between letting go or being taken under.

 

The imagery is intentionally haunting and ambiguous, seeking to invoke various feelings and questions in the viewer: how did this person get here? Are they being pulled down? Are they escaping? Will they reach the surface? Do they want to reach the surface? There is also a little easter egg in the art too for those with a keen eye!
