Behind The Tracks: Ocean Planet - Siege Machine (Single) (2026)

Siege Machine is a key moment in the Ocean Planet story and was written as a turning point rather than just a heavy track. The song follows the rebirth of the Prototype after it’s been completely destroyed, returning not as a man-made weapon but as something conscious, purposeful, and driven by more than programming. Musically, the focus was on momentum and weight, keeping the track feeling relentless without becoming chaotic. The idea was that once Siege Machine starts moving, it doesn’t stop. The track also features guest vocals from Keller Maxwell of Theorist, whose performance adds a raw, confrontational edge to the song that really suited the scale and intensity of the moment. We’ve shared the M2TM stage with Theorist a few times now, so having Keller on the track felt like a natural fit.
