Behind The Tracks: Through The Fractures - 3 Singles (2026)
Through the Fractures was never meant to become a band in the traditional sense. There was no plan, no strategy, no desire to fit into a scene or follow a direction already written. What began in mid-2025 as a simple need to create quickly became something far more personal, a space where three people could confront what they were carrying inside without filters, without barriers, and without ego.
The music of Through the Fractures is rooted in emotional honesty. Every song emerged instinctively, shaped by anxiety, isolation, anger, grief, exhaustion, but also by the quiet need to survive through it all. The band never tried to polish those emotions into something comfortable. Instead, the goal was to preserve the rawness of the moment, to let each fracture remain visible.
In only a few months, ten songs naturally came to life and formed Beyond the Scars, an album built around contrast, darkness and light, collapse and resilience, violence and vulnerability. The first three singles released from the record each explore different psychological states and emotional wounds, while carrying the same underlying idea: even in the darkest places, something still burns underneath.
“Blindness Is a Wall” deals with emotional disconnection and the silent violence of indifference. The song was born from the feeling of trying to express pain in a world that has become too distracted, too exhausted, or too numb to truly listen anymore.
The lyrics describe the loneliness of someone drowning internally, while everyone around them minimizes what they are going through. It is not about misunderstanding anymore; it is about people consciously looking away because acknowledging someone else's suffering would require empathy, time, and emotional involvement.
The recurring line “Let them keep their comfort, keep your truth” became the emotional core of the track. It represents the moment where someone stops waiting for validation or understanding from others and chooses instead to carry their pain honestly, without shame.
Musically, the song moves constantly between tension and release, blending crushing heaviness with fragile atmospheric moments. That contrast mirrors the emotional exhaustion inside the lyrics, the feeling of burning quietly while the outside world keeps scrolling past.
“Behind the Curtain of My Mind” explores paranoia, anxiety, and the fragile line between reality and internal fear. The song captures the sensation of feeling constantly watched by something that may not even exist physically, but still feels overwhelmingly real.
The lyrics intentionally blur the boundary between imagination and reality. Creaking floorboards, whispers in empty rooms, unseen presences, all of these elements symbolize intrusive thoughts and the psychological weight of isolation. The song is less about supernatural fear and more about the way anxiety slowly reshapes perception itself.
One of the central ideas behind the track is that fear often grows in silence. When someone is left alone with their thoughts for too long, doubt can slowly become conviction, and the mind can turn against itself.
Musically, the song reflects this constant psychological pressure through a far more aggressive and oppressive approach. Unlike tracks built around strong emotional releases or calmer passages, “Behind the Curtain of My Mind” maintains an almost permanent sense of tension from beginning to end. The violence of the instrumentation mirrors the suffocating nature of intrusive thoughts and paranoia, creating the feeling that there is never truly a moment to breathe, only the sensation of something constantly lurking just behind the mind.
“Beneath the Quiet Skin” is probably one of the most intimate songs released from the album so far. It focuses on invisible internal battles, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and the experience of carrying pain that nobody else can truly see.
The lyrics revolve around the idea that many people learn how to function while silently collapsing inside. The world continues moving normally around them while internally they are trapped in an endless cycle of fear, doubt, overthinking, and loneliness.
Lines like “Anxiety, my closest friend” reflect the disturbing intimacy that can exist between someone and their own suffering. Over time, anxiety stops feeling like an external emotion and becomes something permanently present, almost familiar.
Despite the darkness of the track, there is still an underlying sense of resilience hidden beneath it. The song does not offer solutions or false positivity, but it carries the idea that continuing to walk forward, even exhausted, is already a form of strength.
Musically, a large part of the song remains calm, atmospheric, and deeply emotional. The track slowly builds tension over time, almost like an emotional weight growing heavier with every moment. That gradual rise eventually explodes into an extremely heavy and haunting passage, where the music becomes crushing and repetitive, reflecting the emotional collapse hidden beneath the surface for the entire duration of the song.
