Behind The Artworks: Tooth Gore - La Creatura (Single) (2026)

The artwork for La Creatura was made by me, using Adobe to compile several photos together. The title of the song is a play on The Creature From The Black Lagoon - the best Universal movie monster- with La Creatura being Spanish for ‘The Creature’. Because of this, I wanted to use imagery that evokes that imagery, so I drew my own creature head by hand using pencils and a ballpoint pen. The rest of the image was compiled from various photos that my friends and I have taken over the years. The image of a beach fire gone wrong felt fitting with the themes of living life to the fullest that are featured in the song. I also used a photo of myself taken on a night out that fits with this vibe and then covered my face with my creature head.
