Chasing Ghosts is the sound of teeth grinding against the state of everything. It’s loud, unfiltered, and unapologetically pissed off. This EP isn’t here to comfort anyone - It’s here to call things out.

We’re surrounded by noise dressed up as connection. Social media sells a highlight reel while quietly hollowing people out, and too many are buying it without question. Chasing Ghosts takes aim at that illusion, the validation loops, the surface-level thinking, the willful ignorance that keeps it all spinning.

Every track is a reaction. A refusal to stay quiet. A rejection of the shallow narratives and the pressure to conform. This is us screaming into the void, not because we expect it to answer back, but because staying silent feels worse.

This EP is anger with purpose. It’s frustration turned into volume. It’s a middle finger to the world as it is and a demand for something real.

Everything we write and record is produced and performed right here in our studio, just like our last EP. Nothing’s forced; every song comes together naturally, and each one ties seamlessly into the story and themes behind Chasing Ghosts.

“The One Below All” drags the listener into a collapsing world where power rots and consequences surface. The seven-headed figure isn’t myth; it’s inevitability. Built on repetition and pressure, the track moves like something already decided. There’s no victory arc, only acceptance as everything gives way

‘Sign of the Times’ This song addresses the current state of the world and the direction we’re heading in. How people are spending their lives working just to get by day to day in a world they have little influence on. The song goes on to describe a bleak future ahead of us if we aren’t collectively noticing the signs and making change

‘Still A Coward’ This song is actually a reworked one from an early iteration of the band. Two years down the line we’re still angry, and so we updated this with Tallboy’s new sound and just leaned into creating an ignorant, angry song that just doesn’t relent

‘Fuck The Algorithm’ This is a song for all the content creators, bands and small business owners. This is all about how the algorithm dictates how we feel, what we’re worth, and how we’re all just hoping for that one piece of content to go viral and give you that dopamine high. It’s a song that is ironic in itself but still an attack on the state of current content creation and people’s dependence on it.

‘This Is England' This one is a mix of our frustrations with the state of the country. Whether it’s the unwelcoming bigotry from people or the rich trying to run the country and making life so much worse for people that live here. It’s a callout to the people blindly following those that spread hate and fear amongst the population. People deserve better; life is hard enough as is without this toxicity growing within the country
