Mia: We all go through moments where we feel absolutely stuck with no possible escape in sight.'Nowhere To Hide' is the abusive voice, tricking you into staying in mental chains forever, longer than you should, taking away your will to even think about getting out, by melodically manipulating you over and over to feed itself: 'Stop the fight, let's go my way.' 'I breathe you in, I feel alive.'

It's a cautionary song. Writing this, I wanted everyone to hear what it's like from the outside to be fooled and sweet-talked into staying in an abusive state, and the incredibly difficult challenge to break free. It was very important for us to depict in the music video the permanent mark such experiences leave on us; the lifeless hands, marked forever by the chains.
