Behind The Scenes: ALA - Kill For Satan (Official Video)

Filming ALA's music video for the song "Kill For Satan" was a very simple plan from the beginning: to somehow follow the lyrics of the song in a cinematic way as closely as we could.

The whole premise of the song, as the title suggests, is the total evaporation and destruction of god's children in the name of the devil, and we thought that the most appropriate scene for this would be to simulate a sacrificial rite of a child, as seen in the middle of the music video.

The idea of the video was to present the band and the energy we carry when we play live, as well as that specific scene that would portray the song's theme. What was additionally added to the video were images and clips of various demonic entities, hell, and darkness that could better portray the lyrics, layered with the band's relentless playing that hopefully enhanced the overall impact of the video. Executing this was not a small feat since the location was in the open and the weather was not exactly on our side, but we managed to get it done.

The location where the video was filmed is a desolate, derelict church from the thirteenth century in North Serbia, and it seemed to be the perfect location to symbolize the defeat of Christianity or any other god-loving religion, for that matter, where the band plays victoriously and performs their sacrifice. The credits for the filming and montage go to the Digital Vertigo Studio from Serbia, who managed to pull off the whole filming process in under four hours, including multiple shots, retakes, trying out various things, etc. With their help, we managed to make our vision come true, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. With this music video, ALA is born, and our mighty roar will be heard throughout the world and beyond.
