My Searing Breath - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Metalcore band My Searing Breath from Italy, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

We always wanted to have a 3 words name. With this band we want to put out all of our 'angriness' as we're screaming that, if you know what I mean, it's something like we want to 'sear' it and the breath part is kinda like the scream part. We're angry with this fucked up world and we want to leave a sign to the person who listen to our music. We want people to open their eyes.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

It represent what we are. It's an angry genre ahah it's heavy and we love it.  We can perfectly express what we feel.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Vito and I (Adriano) already played in another band called Crush! for about 3 years and we know each other since we were 14. Piero, instead, played guitar in the side-project of our old drummer.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Vito (guitar/vocals) is the strangest one in the band he loves bands like Betraying The Martyrs but he even loves Johnny Cash (who don't? Ahaha).

Adriano (vocals) is the freaky one ahaha he listen to Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, In This Moment, Escape The Fate, Motionless In White.

Piero (guitar) is the 'heavy metal head' (LOL) he loves Children Of Bodom, Iron Maiden, Black Veil Brides, Bullet For My Valentine.  But we all love Steel Panther ahahah badass porn band

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

We love to tell stories about real things, personal experiences and of course all the society's issues that we all know. We pretty much love to see the songs as paints, you know, just look at a paint.. it tells you a story but it can all be subjective. So we want people to feel themselves in the songs.

6. Where was your last gig?  

With this band we still have to do our first/debut gig. But it will happen really soon. We're working really hard on new songs and planning a debut show.

7. Where would you like to act?  

There's a lot of places we would like to play, at first our home country Italy for sure, and maybe one day tour the world. But if we have to tell you our dream stages, they will definitely be Download Festival & Rock Am Ring. Pretty awesome festivals here in Europe.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

Mmmh it's really difficult to pick up one so we'll tell you few names. Austin Carlile, Maria Brink, Aaron Matts, Marilyn Manson.

9. Whom not?

Trent Reznor, Zakk Wylde and Brody Dalle.. just beacuse we'll probably die for heart-attack ahahah Too big artists for us ahahah

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

All of us ahah we recommend to poop, have a fucking  FireBall shot (we love that shit)  and a big brotherhood hug just before hitting the stage. Then, when you're up just having sex with the stage! ahahah

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

As we said before we all listen to different bands and music.  But, Like Moths To Flames, Of Mice & Men, Slipknot, Betraying The Martyrs, Marilyn Manson are the ones who inspires us the most.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

When we were in our old band a fan asked us to move to the States and go living with her just because her mum was a big fan of us ahaha It was pretty cute and interesting at the same time.  Another time a fan has told Vito that she wanted to feed him with her tits but he said no..  She was a cow. Not really. Just kidding ahahah

13. What do you think of your fans?  

We love being in touch and having feedbacks. We love them.  There are few people that follow us since we were in the other band and still listen to it and support us now with this new band. They're just amazing.  We want to say hello to Erika (@erika_ariel_) who's actually pregnant and we're pretty sure that he/she will be a kickass baby, and Julie (@jubastianelli) because she's very amazing. We love you!

14. What do you think of our site?  

It's the perfect way to help emerging band like us to be discovered from new people. We love it and we would like to thank the staff for this interview and for this little spot. Thank you really much!
