Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Deathcore/Christcore band Vitriolic from USA, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The band name Vitriolic was thought up from our guitarist Brandon. He came up with it and wanted to use it for it's meaning ( malice ) Which our band name means. So our band name Vitriolic stands for malice or hatred towards the evils of the World.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We wanted to play this genre cause we feel that's where we would fit, we have been told we have different sounds and sub genre sounds in our music. So when ppl ask us what genre we are, we just say we're Heavy haha.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Brandon (guitarist) & Dylon (bassist) have known each other for quite a long time. They found me from a Craigslist add I had posted. I used to live in NC. Which is where they live. I had moved back to IL to be closer to family but we have continued to make it work. As far as a drummer we are currently seeking one. We have tried a couple out but things just didn't seem to work out with them. All the drums on this ep were composed by Brandon and put into works by a gentlemen named Sam Wertz. That's what's on the ep. We just keep searching but it will not keep us from writing and making music.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Brandon's fave band I would have to say between two bands, Ion Dissonance and Molotov Solution. Dylon from what I gather he really digs The Browning. I myself it's a 3 way tie haha In The Midst of Lions, This Divided World and Dividing the Masses.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Lots of things inspire us, God, life experiences, the Bible, who we are, myself I have kids and they inspire me because they tell me our music is awesome and it rocks.

6. Where was your last gig?

Our last gig.. Honestly there hasn't been one, due to drummer issues. We've practiced with drum tracks and used a fill in drummer for our Overseer music video but no shows.

7. Where would you like to act?

We would like to play everywhere!!!

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

We would love to feature with so many bands that we can't narrow it down. We love lots of bands and music to just narrow it down, cause if we could tour with majority of the bands out there we would.

9. Whom not?

Really it doesn't matter, we just wanna play and spread our message and music and get it out there.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Well honestly I myself Jimmy (vocalist) have anxiety. Very hard to overcome. I pray before I play. In other bands I've been in, I've shared the stage with Despised Icon, Through the Eyes of The Dead, Emmure, Beneath   The Sky, Ark of the Covenant, Letter to the Exiles, Dead by Wednesday, and played some fests in front of 5000 plus ppl. So that has been a difficult thing to do. But I pray and give up there and give my 100%

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

I will just name a few haha Ion Dissonance, The Browning, Impending Doom, In the Midst of Lions,  This Divided World, Volumes and many many more.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

A shirt off my back haha that's about the weirdest honestly.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We love all of them and thank then for their loving support!!

14. What do you think of our site?

The that your running is gnarly for bands, a way to be heard and seen. We appreciate being shared by you all as I'm sure others do too. There needs to be more sites and ppl like you all.

15. Something to add?

We are a Christian Hardcore Deathcore band outta NC/IL and we write as heavy music as possible to spread a message!! Thanks so much for having us, God Bless!!
