Interviews: Bury The Masses

On this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Metal/Hip-Hop band Bury The Masses from the USA. Check out this band and follow them on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name? Did you plan it or come out just like that?

Zerø came up with it actually, but he sucks so don’t give him too much credit. 

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Because GOOD rap over riffs is sick as fuck

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Tai, Kai, Zero, and ŒNÎ all used to be Appalachian alpaca farmers from Norway, but that got boring, so we met Berran Lee, liked his flow, and decided to start a band.

4. Each band member's favourite band?

Berran - Kendrick Lamar

Tai - The Plot in You

Zerø - The Backstreet Boys

Kai - Polyphia

ŒNÎ- he’s the bassist who really cares

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We’re just some bros having a good time

6. Where was your last gig?

We had a fiddle off with the devil in Georgia a few weeks ago, I think that counts. 

7. Where would you like to act?

Louder than Life, we plan on mainly being a festival-only band due to our busy schedules, hating on alpacas

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

We got three already that I think people will be surprised by

10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?

No just shit your pants

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Wu Tang Clan, Limp BIZKIT, Dropout Kings

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

To bring them on tour to help us and I quote “ burying them asses” we’ve hired extra security since
