The song is the second single of an upcoming EP. The band was on hiatus for five years following the release of the band's first album, "Vitae" released in 2018. The song is completely DIY, meaning recording, mixing, and mastering is done by the band themselves. It includes some new elements of the band, including rapping parts and a big chanty chorus. The lyrics are about battling inner demons, feeling lost and realizing there's no escape from yourself.
