The concept of the album artwork (not only the front cover, but the rest of the inner pieces of art) goes about a world where flesh never finds the peace of the grave, everything that is born is doomed to decay, collapse, and be reborn among worms. Bodies disintegrate, yet the rot never stops; it feeds on itself, perpetuating its own existence. Every devoured organ gives shape to a new abomination, every bodily fluid spilled nourishes the next generation of filth. It is an endless cycle of conscious decomposition, where death offers no release—only transformation. The earth breathes stench, bones sprout, and time dissolves among fermenting tissues. There is no salvation, no rest—only the viscous eternity of corrupted flesh repeating its own fate.
