Behind The Artworks: Constantine Kanakis - Ground Zero (Single) (2025)

This album cover is basically my love letter to all the cool stuff I've been watching and reading since I was a kid. I really wanted to capture that feeling from my favorite post-apocalyptic, dystopian stories—think Mad Max meets those awesome old sci-fi movies I still watch to this day, and video games I play.

 

The setting is a total wasteland with those huge, scary-looking towers, which sets that future vibe. The character in the middle is like the heroes from all the comic books and graphic novels I love; that's why he has the cape. And since the song is all about the guitar, he's holding this awesome, glowing laser guitar! It just makes the whole picture feel like the futuristic, sci-fi world I grew up imagining.
