Album Descriptions: Beyond The Veil - Oblivion (2026)

This album is the band's attempt to collide the spirit of 70s–80s prog rock with the intensity of modern extreme metal. That’s why they brought in old-school weapons like the Mellotron, Moog, and Chapman Stick.

The songs are long on purpose—Beyond the Veil wanted the music to unfold without compromise. They’re already working on the next release. The track lengths won’t follow the same approach, but the core philosophy won’t change: modern music driven by their respect for the golden era of 70’s progressive rock.

Their influences stretch from the UK and Italy to the Nordic and Asian prog scenes. And while extreme metal is part of their DNA, most of what shaped them comes from thrash, death, and black metal before 2010.
